Why you should NOT wait until Summer to replace your Air Conditioner.

Let’s face it, summer is not here yet. In fact, the weather has been rather mild recently. I’m sure many folks have not run their Air Conditioner very much yet. Therefore, if you’re hobbling along right now, why not wait a couple months to replace or repair your Air Conditioner?

Well, I’m going to tell you why. This is NOT a scare tactic, it’s real. Our distributors are starting to have problems finding Air Conditioning units and even parts to repair them. We are on the phone daily with the manufacturers ordering and inquiring about their inventory. After various zoom calls, we decided to go ahead and pass along the information to you so you can make an informed decision.

I’m with you! I mean, it’s actually chilly outside right now. Typically I’d wait too. BUT, don’t wait until it gets hot to replace or repair your Air Conditioner this year. Our number one goal is taking care of you, our valued customer. And looking towards a summer with limited supplies doesn’t bode well for us being able to take care of your needs. The last thing we want is for your Air Conditioner to break in June on a 90 degree date and we have to wait a week or two for the parts to repair it or even a month to get a new system.

We spoke to one of our Air Conditioner manufacturers today. They have 200 of the standard 3 ton units in stock. When those are gone, they do not know when more will be in stock. In our industry, that is unheard of. It’s the unknown that we do not like. It is out of our control and can hinder our ability to provide the best service. Production has been unpredictable with covid, shipping problems, and manufacturing issues.

Because of this, we are offering $1000 off new air conditioning systems through May 2021 to help offset the pain of buying a new AC when it’s not hot outside.
